Bad Posture

I googled “Correcting Bad Posture”  and I found the website .  On this website, I found these five things that we talked about in Mrs. Fagan’s class today.  They are:

1.) “To prevent posture problems, develop a workout plan that addresses that accounts for correct posture in building muscle.”

2.) If you stretch every few minutes while at the computer pains will subside.

3.) Sit with your back against the chair and put your feet flat on the ground and should width apart.

4.)If you have bad posture, don’t lift anything above your head because it can make your problems worse.

5.) Do stretches for your neck and back before you start to type and keep your neck straight while looking at the computer.
